Termite Inspection Brochures

Since fall of 2007, GPCA members have been anxious about the demise of the required inspection for Realtor transactions.  The question about what to do has been foremost on everyone’s mind and after months of debating over what is the most effective corrective measure, the concensus was that an informed consumer is our best tactic.

The GPCA GUARDIANS donated the seed money to develop the brochure above.  It wasn’t inexpensive – and yet it was something that we desperately needed. The  idea is that the more of these brochures you can get into your consumers hands – via your own customer list or through Realtors, Banks, Community Groups, etc. – the better. 

We are able to offer YOU the TERMITE INSPECTION BROCHURE in several different formats:

1. Download the brochure here (large pdf file).  Copy the printer-ready pdf file to a USB drive or CD and take it to your local printer and have the brochures printed.
2. Print the brochure from this link and make photo copies.  Even in black and white, they will still have good information you can share with consumers.
3. Order brochures from the GPCA office - 800-465-9827.  The brochures are $17 per hundred plus shipping and tax.

To personalize the brochures, you can:

1. Affix your business card or sticker to the back of the brochure with your company information.
2. If you would like to have your company name and logo imprinted on the brochure, please send the information to Connie@gpca.org.  We will have the additional material added to the brochure and send you the pdf file which you can then take to your local printer. There is a $50 fee for this personalization.  
3. If you want us to print the personalized brochures for you, the minimum order is 10,000.
