Ryan has over 22 years in the pest control industry, starting as a route technician and then spending the majority of his career managing branches and regions for small, medium and large brands. He is currently an Integration Manager for Rentokil Terminix, where he travels the country helping acquisition businesses to improve in the areas of service delivery, route efficiency and general ops improvement. Ryan is certified in HPC, WDO and FUM in Georgia and is an approved speaker.
