What You'll Do: Lead and develop a team of Pest Management Professionals and Business Development Representatives. Drive revenue growth and expand customer base. Oversee branch operations, ensuring quality service and efficiency. Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Support sales efforts and achieve sales targets. Manage branch budget and financial performance. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, and manage team performance. Optimize routing and scheduling. Monitor service quality and customer feedback. Control expenses and maximize profitability. Performance Metrics: Customer satisfaction Employee performance and retention Revenue growth and profitability Compliance and safety Sales targets achieved
What You Bring: 5+ years of sales or branch management experience (preferably in pest control or home services). Proven leadership and team-building skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Financial management skills. Valid driver's license. Bonus Points: Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CM, state licensing). Experience with EOS.
