NPMA 2024 Women's Forum

The annual Women's Forum held by the National Pest Management Association is in Atlanta, Georgia this year from May 7th through the 9th.

This annual conference focuses on topics relevant to women in the Pest Management industry. This year the topics include diversity and inclusion, Human Resources, and leadership development.

Being held at The Starling Atlanta in the heart of midtown, the Keynote address will occur on Tuesday, May 7th in the Sequoia Ballroom at 2:30 PM on How to Network. With a Reception being held at 5:30 PM in Altair.

Wednesday, May 8 events from a Networking Breakfast to Understanding a Woman's Career Life Cycle and Job Role Breakout sessions will be held. An awards ceremony, Impact Awards Presentations will be held just before the Networking Lunch followed by events on Career Pathing and Work Life Balance. The day ends with a Women Owned Business Panel and Happy Hour.

The next day features GPCA's Georgia Pest Women in Pest Management and Arrow Exterminators co-event putting together Hope Baskets for Drake House followed by a Networking Breakfast.

Then Bevin Mugford with Inspire Corps will lead participants during the KeyNote address entitled Dynamic Energy Managment. Participants will learn to validate and normalize a full spectrum of experiences and emotions, understand how to activate energy management as a key leadership muscle and gain awareness and skills in managing energy and emotions for self and others using a tool called RESETS. This address leads into a Dynamic Energy Management Interactive Workshop later in the morning.

Please note a couple of user tips and important details regarding your group RESLINK:

The group RESLINK is best opened in Chrome or Edge internet web browsers. Using alternate internet web browsers, i.e. Internet Explorer or Firefox will result in a “No Availability” or “Error” outcome.
A “No Availability” outcome will result if the requested room type is not available for all nights of the intended stay. Should this occur, try to adjust the dates of stay or select an alternate room type.
The start & end date may include pre- and/or post- group days (subject to availability) which may be different than the arrival & departure dates listed on the contract agreement.

Island View: $269 per night
Partial Ocean View: $279 per night
Ocean View: $299 per night
Ocean Front: $329 per night
