Dalton Smith is an experienced pest control professional with over six years in the industry, bringing a strong background in commercial operations. I began my career as a Pest Control Technician, spending the first two and a half years building a solid technical foundation through hands-on fieldwork and customer-focused service.

After demonstrating strong performance and leadership potential, I was promoted into a Service Manager role, where I spent the next several years specializing in complex commercial environments, including food processing plants. In this role, he developed deep expertise in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), supporting high-standard “Gold Medal” accounts that demand strict compliance, documentation, and proactive pest prevention strategies.

I hold multiple industry certifications, including AIB Certification, Airline Technician Certification, Purdue University IPM Certification, Texas A&M IPM Certification, and is a Certified Operator in the state of Florida. These credentials reflect his commitment to continuous learning, regulatory compliance, and delivering best-in-class pest management solutions.

I Currently serve as the Branch Manager for the Lawrenceville, Georgia location, overseeing a strictly residential operation. In this role, I focuses on operational excellence, team development, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth, applying the same high standards learned in commercial environments to residential service delivery.
