Current position with BASF is a Sales Representative for 22 years. Sales region covers Tennessee, Kentucky, (formerly Mississippi) and North Georgia. Started with BASF monitoring and evaluating Experimental Use Permit (EUPs) test sites in nine states for Phantom in 2001. Launched and training support with Termidor EPLI in 2004, Termidor HE in 2013, Termidor HP in 2014 and Trelona Annual in 2018. Provide sales support and product training on termites, ants, cockroaches, and general pest control to PMPs. Approved by the TN, KY, GA and MS Dept. of Agriculture as a speaker / trainer.

Sales Representative at Frit Industries for 7 years selling micronutrients and plant growth regulators. Under the American Society of Agronomy, became a Certified Crop Advisor in 1997, enhancing professional competence in areas of Agriculture, Biology, Earth and Environmental Sciences. Provided training to end users on proper uses of Frit’s manufactured products.
