Proposed New Rules
The Notice of Intent to Amend the Structural Pest Commission Rules are found on the GDA website at:
https://www.agr.georgia.gov/legal/notice-intent-amend-structural-pest-commission-rules. The GDA will accept written comments until the end of business on February 2, 2026.
A public hearing will be held at the GDA on January 21 at 10am.
